2020 AASCF ATHLETE MEMBERSHIP $15.00

As many clubs/programs are now returning to practice and registration days are imminent we have pleasure in providing the 2020 AASCF Athlete Membership application which includes genuine Cheerleading/Dance Personal Accident Insurance Cover for the individual Cheerleader. This is important not only for competition but also for practice, performances and other events athletes may attend.

Personal Injury Cover provides financial assistance in three key areas:

• Non-Medicare Medical Benefits
• Loss of Income Benefits
• Capital Benefits

Athlete will also receive a member’s card, embroidered patch and identification number for proof of your membership.
