Competitions Teams
Our competition teams train 1-2 times a week and compete at approx. 5 competitions throughout the year. When you join a competition team you are required to commit to the weekly training and be at all competitions including the National Championships which can sometimes be out of state. Athletes learn dedication, goal setting, team work skills and perseverance when they join a competition team, as well as getting fit and making great friends.
